About MARIANNE GRANT

Marianne Grant has over 35 years of resort real estate experience in the Northwest Florida market. She continues to be one of the top-producing agents for the Emerald Coast Board of Realtors®. She began her real estate career in Pensacola, Florida, continued in Sandestin for 11 years, and was on the original St. Joe Company sales team at The Retreat, WaterColor and WaterSound for 12 years before embarking into the world of general brokerage. Today, Marianne has joined forces with Engel & Volkers 30A Beaches and her primary focus is on the 30A corridor market. Marianne was born and raised in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. She then migrated south trading snow for the white sandy beaches, graduating from the University of Florida and completing her Master's Degree at the University of West Florida. Her love for renovating properties in both Florida and Maine makes her passion for real estate both professional and personal providing an understanding of all aspects of the real estate business.
