Blake Cooper has a passion for real estate that is both professional and personal, providing a unique understanding of all aspects of the business coupled with the value of building authentic relationships. Her passion is only rivaled by her extensive experience. The Emerald Coast has remained a special place for Blake since her childhood family vacations while growing up in Montgomery, Alabama. After graduating from Troy University with a marketing degree, Blake developed her real estate career at The St. Joe Company specializing in sales of exclusive properties along the emerging Scenic Highway 30A corridor. In 2009, Blake and Marianne Grant began working together exclusively at The Premier Property Group where their teamwork consistently achieved top-producer results. In 2014, they advanced their partnership and ability to offer elite listing and sales services by joining the Homes on 30a team where Marianne was a Broker/Owner and Blake was focused on boutique sales and marketing. In 2020, together they further enhanced their vision with a merger with the number one leading international luxury real estate company, ENGEL & VÖLKERS 30A Beaches. With over two decades of resort real estate experience in the competitive Northwest Florida luxury market, Blake is now able to provide an elevated level of service assisting her new and lasting clients with locating and securing truly exceptional properties along the Emerald Coast.
